Have you encountered any bugs? Would you like us to improve this platform? Typically, you need to submit a ticket on ServiceNow so we can properly track your request. As the communication team, we will do our best to provide you with the most effective solution. However, if the issue requires specialized attention, we will escalate it to the IT or technical team for further review.
